Each person partner of Sostre Cívic help grow the organization! Only through the strength of the members of the cooperative can we build a fairer and more sustainable future in terms of housing. In addition, being a partner has different advantages that we explain here.

Have you attended our monthly informative chat yet? Very necessary to get closer to the cooperative housing model in right of use and our entity. You can consult our agenda for upcoming sessions and register right there. We do them online on the last Thursday/Friday of every month!

What are the quotas and the share capital contribution?

To become a partner, you must make an initial contribution to the share capital of € 100, refundable if you unsubscribe. In addition, we will charge you quarterly the type of fee you chose when you signed up. The different types of quota for expectant partners are:

    • Standard fee: €30 quarterly (80% tax-deductible, up to the maximum amount provided by law).
    • Compensated Standard Fee: €10 quarterly (in case of not being able to take advantage of the fee reduction).
    • Reduced fee: €5 quarterly for unemployed people, under 30 years of age, and cohabitation units with incomes below €15.000 gross per year.
    • Solidarity fee: voluntary fee, higher than €30 quarterly.

To access the reduced fee, you will need to present the supporting documents that correspond:


➔ Cohabitation units with income of less than €15.000 gross per year:

  • Declaration of income
  • Proof of income, in case of not declaring the income.
  • Documentary evidence of being in a situation of special vulnerability or low income (Receipt of Minimum Vital Income, Residential Exclusion Report Law 24/2015, Vulnerability Report by social services).
  • Exceptionally and on a technical basis, alternative documents will be assessed (example: declaration of income by people with irregular administrative status who cannot meet the previous requirements).

How can I join a Sostre Cívic?

Becoming a member is very simple! You must follow these 3 steps:

  1. Fill in the following form with your data.
  2. Make the share capital contribution of 100€ by bank transfer to the following account of Fiare Banca Ètica: ES06 – 1550 – 0001 – 2700 – 0074 – 9929
  3. After payment, you must send the receipt in pdf or jpg format to info@sostrecivic.cat
